1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Sugar a pinch
Step 2 For Sauce
2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion ( Finely Chopped )
1 cup Tomato ( Blanch & Puree )
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Paprika Powder / Red Chiili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder ( Roasted )
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Chilli Flakes
Salt to taste
2 tsp Sugar
Cream
Cheese
Step 3 For Rice
2 tbsp Oil / Butter
1 tbsp Garlic
1 Onion ( Finely Chopped )
1 & 1/2 cup Capsicum ( Red, Yellow, Green - Finely Chopped )
1/4 cup Rajma ( Boiled )
1/4 cup Corn ( Boiled )
1 tbsp Mexican Seasoning
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
2 cup Boiled Rice
Salt to taste
Cream
Cheese
Fresh Parsley
Step 4 For Tikki
3 Potatoes ( Boiled )
1/4 cup Rajma ( Boiled & Mashed )
1/3 cup Cheese ( Processed )
1 tsp Oregano
1 tbsp Paprika Powder / Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Mexican Seasoning
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Salt to taste
