Very nice simple doable method of making roomali rotis. Always loved them. A suggestion: Use a papad ka belan for rolling out the rotis. These are very thin & effective. Best ones will be found in Gujarat & Rajasthan. Secondly, when rolling out rotis, the movement of the belan should be from one edge up to the other. Start from the absolutely bottom edge & let the belan travel right up to the top edge. If you start from within the disc & cover to less than the top edge then your rotis will be thin in the centre & the rim will be thick. Also after dusting flour, try to make a slightly circular motion with the belan. This will help to make the rotis faster because of dual motion - the pressure of the belan rolling over it & the rotation of the roti. Hope this helps! 😊
