I’ve never been a huge fan of palak paneer even though I love spinach and paneer on their own, but your dish looks so bright and flavorful that I’m going to give it a try. And I swear by your naan recipe, so I’m sure your rotis will be just as good. Thank you for the recipes - the weekend is a great time to get in the kitchen and make something new and delicious. Especially today, because it’s cold and raining like crazy where I live.
