0:34 1 fall Garlic
0:38 1 Ginger (2 inch)
0:47 tbsp Green Corriander leaves
0:52 Chicken cube (optional)
1:02 tbsp Cumin seeds
1:05 1 tbsp Corriander
1:11 1 tsp Black pepper
1:14 3 cinnamon sticks & black cardamon
1:19 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1:25 1 kg Chicken
1:39 Mint leaves optional
1:48 On a flame put a pan/pot
1:53 Pour 4 cups of water
1:57 Add chicken in it
2:09 Add split chic peas in it
2:23 Add onion in it
2:37 Add ginger in it and green chilli
2:48 Add red chilli in it
2:52 Add cinnamon sticks and black cardamon
2:55 Now add turmeric powder
2:58 Add black pepper in it
3:01 Add cumin seeds in it
3:05 Add corriander seeds in it
3:11 Add 2 chicken cubes
3:15 Mix it well
3:24 Let it cook for about 45 minutes
5:15 Use mortar and pestle to grind
5:33 Add 3 green chilli
5:38 Add fresh corriander leaves
5:47 Add mint leaves
5:56 Now shape the shami with hands
7:00 you can freeze it for months
8:05 Flame should be at medium
8:48 Turn the side
