As I found the spelling of "Cost" is typed wrongly, I have seen many accountants make mistakes while making ledgers, ledger names are important as it reflects in the financial reports which is not only sees the management but also third parties like bank and statutory authorities. Here the salary entry is wrong as per accrual system of accounting, inventory control and costing are very important in hotel business which is not mentioned. there is no proper raw material purchase with costing is made here. Rent/prepaid rent is inevitable, as asset purchased there is no depreciation charged which is irrespective of the profession. electricity is ignored and gas/fuel is a direct expense which omitted is pathetic.
