I can totally relate to this. I am the same way and it drives me nuts some times, and my family. Other times i'm fine though. Is there a way to stop the switching? Or to handle it so it's not upsetting to others? Is it okay to be bi-gender? Please tell me it's not a mental health thing.

Hi! It's totally OK to be bi-gender or genderfluid. There are lots of people in the world like this!
