In the previous video of this series, we discussed the STAR method, and mentioned that STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, and Result. This method is a popular interviewing technique used to answer behavioral interview questions. By using the STAR method, you can provide a structured and detailed response that demonstrates your skills and experience in a clear and concise manner. This technique is often used by interviewers to assess a candidate's problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and overall fit for the role. In this second video, we are going to go through a few examples or questions, and attempt to solve them using the STAR method, from the point of view of a software developer.
