Hey man, just wanted to say thanks for everything you do. I am a CCT Paramedic so I just pretend to be an RT when I am taking care of my patients. The Knowledge you pass on has increased my abilities, understanding and functionality. I pass on your content to all my coworkers whenever I can, (practicing RTs included). We are so lucky to get such knowledge for free. Thank you

It has been a question for a long time.. Thank you for explaining.
Thank you so much for explanation coach!!
This video caused me a bit of confusion as the area in the blood vessel returning to the lungs to drop off CO2 isn't that PvCO2? I always was confused by PaCO2 and PvCO2 and now we have EtCO2. If you could do a representation of all three that would be helpful.

@cherylrajewski3390 I get your confusion, and got you! Stay tuned. I'll explain. Great question!
Could your example also mean the patient has a PE?
