Honestly, the people who lost major body parts made pushups and pullups easier because the weight is reduced. Regardless, i am impressed at how positive the disabled people are. Maybe working out is a way to cope? (Please dont take the word cope in a wrong perspective, gen z had made "cope" a bad word)
