Yup notice how when it came to Britney Spears celebrities came out of woodwork saying they were on her side or that they didn't know- only after 13 years after she got freed thanks to fans diligence. I read an article where celebrities praised gymnast Simone Biles for her bravey for not going through with Olympics, for choosing not to compete at heightof her fame in the middle of an Olympics (she is amazing by the way!)- However not one op ed article or celebrity adulation in a major or consistent way for Zayn and his reasons for leaving 1D at the height of fame in middle of a tour- not that he needs them- but it tells you alot about what is 'trendy' to support in comfort of a lounge chair hehe, celebrities dont do stuff unless they get something out of it, good deeds for pr, trophies/awards, good press and views- I guess they don't think zayn operates in that way. (Well that's how it appears from outside looking in anyway).

You notice this, every time Zayn's mentioned, he tries to play it cool, but you can see the sorrow in his eyes. In the interview with Zane Lowe, he opened up about how hard it was for him. And I guess, Zayn saying that he never really talked to Harry, would have been sorrowful for Harry. I am not a Zarrie or something, but I feel they shared a really good bond as they always had a hard time and always took each other's back.

Zayn left inbtwn a tour That's what harry said as a shame not the fact he left the band . Well harry knows he was having a hard time in 1d because he was literally working with him . Zayn said he was tired that's why he had to leave suddenly. even he regretted that he left btwn a tour. But ik everything that happened was for the best. Hope they all are ok now.

Zayn is one of the sweetest people i know and the fact that people call him "ungrateful" is just horrible but put yourself in his shoes and think what you would do. Maybe the path he chose to leave the band wasn't quite right but mistakes happen and he's not the only one that made mistakes. I always loved Zayn and I'll always love him

Gentle reminder that them white boys could have defended Zayn when he went through all of that but they stood by and watched and did absolutely nothing to support him. 3:11 Harry, a white guy who never once had to go through what Zayn had to, saying it is a "shame" is just not it! Believe me I, in no way try to defend Harry or the other boys here for doing absolutely nothing when Zayn clearly struggled and there is more footage of them ignoring his problems, but there is for sure more to it. We can't call them bad people because the management was like "mh yeah let's make a terrorist out of him so the band gets attention". They were forced to not say anything against it and that plays with somebodys mind. They were all off and yes Harry said it was a "shame" in the interview and fuck him for his lack of emphasis, but we all acted like that to somebody we love. We do it because we are human and are angry at some point, although the other person does not deserve it. I don't think it's right to take everything he said against him. We say shit. We regret it. But most importantly, we regret it too late. We for sure know that they lied to us a billion times, but not because they wanted to. But they had too. They all struggled, they all were bitter at some point and they were broken. But we have no right to tell them what they meant by saying stuff because we don't know whether it is true or not. This video hurt me so much... I wanted to cry. I love Zayn since Best Song Ever music video from one direction came out. He was always my favorites in the band since day 1. I knew he the one I can relate to the most and see myself as him. I saw many interviews from one direction days and he always the first person I always notice. Very quiet and very kind and shy. I can confirm many of the interviews that this video showed especially the one with "gun". He was treated unfairly. There are moments in interviews where he get cut off by the host. Simple answer: it didn't affect them. Long answer: To quote Harry's lyrics in Matilda, it was "no big deal." " Nothing seemed wrong till now." If you go look at 1D 24 hrs special where Piers Morgan Interviews the boys. He jokes around with everyone, but with Zayn, he does not and suddenly turns on that insufferable sensationalist method of pseudo journalism at full force on zayn. Zayn is visibly uncomfortable, vulnerable, unprotected, and in close proximity to someone who wishes him ill. There is nowhere to run. He is cornered with a spotlight on him, and cameras turned on, with people seeing him squirm live worldwide. What a horrible experience 😞 Because the other boys got more light-hearted treatment from piers and are laughing constantly, they do not and are incapable of seeing it. They will never experience racism and xenophobia overtly even in an unconscious bias way (as Prince Harry describes covert racism towards Meghan Markle). So even if Zayn were to tell the white 1D members or management or Cowell they would gaslight him into thinking it's all in his head or that he is too sensitive or it was just a joke or it was just Piers being Piers. Remember all 1D members haave gaslit Zayn and his mental health: said Zayn was a hypocrite for writing good years (louis), zayn didn't know what he was talking about cos everything was great (liam), zayn is unprofessional for leaving the band for his mental health (harry), zayn is not mentioned but saying everything was awesome and he only experienced good things in band (harry), zayn is a dick but its ok because he comes from a different background his family is non supportve (liam), zayn struggle is not mentioned at all but saystime in band was good (niall) but Niall gets a pass for that he's the only one to not gossip. However it would of been nice for Niall to publicly stand with his former bandmate of 5 years, just as he stood up publicly supporting Lizzo against fat shamers someone he barely knows for short while. Later both Liam and Harry would do a major u-turn and talk about their mental health issues in band and how bad it got at times! Exactly whst they had been gaslighting Zayn about. Zayn got hate, vitriol, and blacklisting from music/ entertainment industry. Liam and Harry got sympathy and praise.

I love Harry, but he shouldn't have said that about Zayn

Seeing this made me realise that even his bandmates were quite a bit toxic to him... like I am into zayn's music since 2016 (PILLOWTALK was the first song of him I heard) so i don't know much about the ONE DIRECTION ERA but zayn is such a sweet guy and like so well cultured... how can someone hate or disrespect such guy....he's a sweatheart man!

This says so much about intelligence, loyalty, sincerity, honesty, trustworthy, integrity, and standing up to the racist, emotional and media abuse......he is a private person who absolutely knows his worth and believes in himself!!....does this apply to others around him??

I find it really hard to believe that some people think it's OK to accuse somebody of being a terrorist just because they are Muslims. Most Muslims don't accept the extremists that go round murdering people and claiming to be Muslim. He is so adorable and HE IS NOT A TERRORIST!!!!!!!!

he's honestly the best person ever. he is beautiful, kind and has a big heart. he was struggling with anxiety and an eating disorder when he left the band and everyone hated on him on him for that and being racist which was not on. when i found out he left the band i was devastated but when he said why he left the band he had my full support. im actually glad he left the band because he is so much happier now and his solo music is blessing to my ears. im glad now hes living his best life with gigi and khai.

It needed to be a public statement by management. The boys posting publicly yes but also management...both should have done a joint statement. A good example is Ewan McGregor who I believe was a producer and lead actor on Kenobi Disney series. He publicly made a video statement standing by his colleague who was being thrown racist abuse on the internet and social media. The company also stood by her and publicly denounced racism.
