Great interview. Truly dance bands like 4th Dimension, classic handles,Sappers, El dorados, Osabarima were great in the 70s and early 80s

Great interview. He mentioned Collins Marfo, who composed a lot of hit songs for other artistes of that era and would be good to have him on your show. Baffuor Kyei may have his contact since they were good friends.

@HAMMER TIME: Why Asantes follow the materilineal system In the olden days, there was no DNA test. There was no way to know for sure if a man is the father of a child. However, since a woman carries a child during pregnancy, we know for certainty that a baby belongs to the woman. We can thus be sure that people from the same maternal line are related by blood. The Asantes use the materilineal system as a way to protect family properties. If the uncle is in charge of family properties, the only way for the properties to stay within the family is to hand it over to another person who the family knows for sure belongs to the family - his nephew or niece. It is for the same reason why Asantes can't marry their maternal relative. Because they know for sure they are related by blood and so any disease caused by recessive genes can easily by inherited or passed onto the children.
