The world had brighter colors when I was a kid around 12-14. Summer days felt so long and you had no worries about your life. Plying football with friends till it was dark and then playing ps2 at home. I view the world so different man. Being an adult takes away the joy to many things. Enjoy your childhood while u can.

I can relate. I don't even love myself anymore. I feel like another speck of insignificant dust in a sea of importance. I feel like i'm an ugly failure. I actually AM ugly though. I've suffered rejection after rejection, but the one that happened most recently hit the worst. It- changed me. Even after COVID i was happy. But- now i can barely feel anything anymore. I listen to this song and think about her. Despite my longing- All i think is "As long as she's happy.". But, all i think about myself when hearing this, is "I am a complete and total loser.". You and me both will make it through this. No matter how dark the days are, you need to follow that little speck of light. I can't see it right now. My life is too much. You have a chance. You matter. I don't.

When I listen to this song, it feels like home, it feels like childhood, it feels like peace. It reminds me of when I was little, when life was easier. Im now 16, i come back to this song regularly just to clarify my mind, escape everyday stresses and worries and just escape life in general. I must admit, life has become hard and I know it will never get easier. I long for the days during my childhood where I was living in my own world, unaware towards the harsh reality of the real world, playing Minecraft with friends or even by myself and taking everyday as it came. I miss those days. I enjoy reading these comments as I can relate to many of them and ive come to realise that our similarities outweigh our differences especially when it comes to childhood and worries about our future and a problem in today’s world is that not many people realize this, causing them to act cruel and harsh and ultimately making the world a fearful place. I often think about what the future has in store for me and try to evaluate the choices I have made during my short time on this planet and I have come to the conclusion that no matter what happens, life will be cruel, life will be harsh, life will not care about your feelings, life will beat you down, life will torment you BUT life will never prevent you from finding your inner peace. You may miss your childhood and be ridden with nostalgia, you may dread your awaiting future but if you possess resilience, nothing can stop you. Not even life. Thank you to whoever made this beautiful song❤

This reminds me of all the times I was truly free in my mind as a child. My imagination was as vivid as the classroom, my friends and teachers around me.
