Masha Allah. It’s great to see Muslim speakers addressing mental health issues. The Muslim communities have buried this issue for far too long. Mental health is a human condition and doesn’t discriminate between faiths, Women suffer the most from mental health issues, but a growing number of men are experiencing mental health issues too. The default response is to seek spiritual support, when in fact the individuals needed professional, medical support. Bipolar and depression can’t be cured by spirituality alone. Too many Muslims suffer in silence when a visit to their doctor could relieve their mental illness or at least allow them to manage their condition. If you are suffering from mental illness, including long term stress from work, seek help and support. In the long term you need to remove yourself from the stressful environment. May Allah protect us, ameen.

I suffered from anxiety, depression and low self-esteem for the entirety of my teenage years. But your videos helped me a lot to realise my value as a woman. I am so glad to have Islam in my life.

Assalamualaikum...my parents are in distress because we are two sisters getting aged day by day ,but we are not getting a suitable person for marriage. Please make dua for my family. Zainab, try to shift the way you are thinking. Stick to your prayers and tell your parents not to worry about that. You are much better than what you think. The man who won't come to ask for you hands from your parents because of your financial situation is worthless honey. Because he wont be rich all the time, money comes and goes. Focus on your own self worth. And search for someone who fears Allah, that's the one you should marry. You will find men keeping their salah in masjid, reading quran to learn. Search in the right direction. And I will include you in my Duaa.
