Wendy, thank you for your objective review! Yes, the curing time depends on different brands of epoxy. IntoResin epoxy would cure within 3 hours using this machine. I also went through the comments and a few mentioned that the raised center circle may take up space, which is an excellent suggestion for our company. Thank you for creating this lovely community!

I have one very similar. I do bigger pieces with great success. I put bigger items on the top tray and raise up the lid balancing it on plastic cups. The matching greatly reduces the curing time. Not everything is 2 hours but it is a shorter time. in the winter when its cooler I use this machine quite often.

G'day Wendy. Im slowly watching all your videos from the start so Im nearly caught up. Im really enjoying them all as I have some molds the same that you use so thank you for the time and effort and information you include. I struggle with resin curing as I live in the humid wet tropics of Australia so have to use an air conditioned room. After watching this video I've decided to purchase this and see how I go. Thank you for the honest review

I bought this exact one & find it’s great! But you have to make sure you put a tray under the lid otherwise the indented parts on the lid goes into the resin. I will buy the Teexpert one because you can put larger moulds in it & it doesn’t have the holes in the trays.

I like mine, but it is in degrees c, and I am in the US. I need Fahrenheit. So far only problem. Let us know after using it for awhile what you think. I have the other machine that’s currently available on Amazon…the only difference I can see is the few extra trays but mine does cure to full hardness in 2 hours. A real game changer. Love mine to bits and can’t wait to use it regularly as part of my resin process! I can also confirm these machines are compact and take up not a lot of space. I leave mine set up in my desk when I need it but it fits neatly away under my desk when not in use. If you’re in two minds about getting one…and yes I know they’re not cheap…but if you make a lot of things for craft fairs or for selling in online shops you won’t regret it.

I think it’s a very good idea. They should make the trays without the raised center circle and they should consider a few trays without the grid.. like a spacer trays or two for larger taller pieces. Even tho most are poured in 1” layers there’s no way to put bigger molds in it. ~~I have my setup with a boot dryer that I put the hose into a tub. Works well for any size pieces and cup turners. ~~When they get the kinks out I’ll probably buy one bc it would be convenient to have it sitting beside me, on the work table. ~Putting the molds on a hard card like the cardboard inserts (from Amazon) or the cardboard backs of writing tablets/pads makes them easier to move from here to there. ~~Thanks for sharing Wendy👌 I hope you enjoy your new machine ..and maybe let us know what you think again in a few months.

Thank you Debrajo I will definitely be using it more in the future especially in the colder months when amine blush can be a pain to deal with and this could cure before bedtime. I think the more people see these machines the better as companies will compete and upgrade as they go. Its a very compact and useful thing though and I am definitely happy to use it.😀

Yes, these are food dehydrators-cum-resin dryers, but if a company who markets them as "Resin Dryers" changes/manufactures some different trays for that express purpose, it would help. Artists are pretty crafty so can/will devise ways to make it more functional for their specific needs .. as I've read in the comments.

I've also seen a few reviews of this and half said it was excellent and half said it was just an over-priced regular dehydrator... I'm very tempted to buy one as the time to cure resin is so boring but I don't do enough resin to justify buying it either. The pendants looked really cool with the vinyl backing, the first inlay piece you cut out even looked like a scull!
