yeah but after (i doubt it’ll end) the pandemic, people will see those comment, that’s their goal i think, but comments often fade away to the bottom of the comment section in a few years, and due to them not getting many likes, they’ll probably fade away on the comment section, so these comments are annoying, not funny and blocks away the actual comments cause these comments last for a few months and then fade away, so i don’t get the point of them.

Couldn't you have done this in a heart shaped mold? This seemed like soooooo much extra work. The placement of the yellow pigment threw me off too- at first i thought it said "I 💖". This is really cool that you can do all these things, but it seems like you could have avoided so much extra work. 🤷♀️🤷♀️

As someone who did something similar already I would Say that the problem with the heart Shaped Mold will always be the wood. You don'f get wood that fits in perfectly and if you are going for that exact half wood half resin look that won't work. But I agree, it would make everything so much easier
@kachewi7963

@JennaLeigh

@@lordofrings5927 ahh, that makes perfect sense. With the wood, if one did use a heart shaped mold, before pouring in the resin, would it be feasible to use the mold to trace onto the wood the part of the heart you wanted it to be? Like maybe trace a rough outline based on the mold? Or would that be a ton of extra work to still grind/file down?

Great project. The only part that made me cringe was when you were sanding the piece you cut in half wearing gloves. Gloves aren’t always a good idea. If the fabric gets snagged into that sanding wheel it will pull your hand in. Be safe.

Very nice. Just two pieces of constructive criticism, from a woodworker. First, cut the shape out on a band or scroll saw FIRST, including cutting it in half. It is safer and less time consuming that way. Second, since it is a pendant, I would have put the wood at the top of the heart, giving it a much sturdier anchoring point. Still, a very nice looking project.
