Good video, but can you please tell if there is any way to access the circuit breaker created using annotation i.e. "example"?

Hi thanks for the video.. But when iam trying to implement this logic same in my project.. Its not working the fallback method is not happening directly its failing and giving error meeaage any suggestions? In my project lot of cloud dependencies are theere is that causing any issue?
