Hi, is the last working day mentioned in the acknowledgement mail or is it only mentioned in the confirmation mail?

I've resigned 1 month back but hr didn't send me acceptance mail he only send acknowledgement mail

Don't worry you will get it by the end . If you don't want to wait then send an email to HR , cc ur manger and then ask hr for the acceptance mail

Do i need to tell convery to my team that im resiging and how i can doreclty apply submit resignation in ultimatix can you tell me the path how to submit its automatic process ryt 90 days automatically calculate and will get a mail ryt apart form anyother else

You will have to email the resignation to your Manager . I think manager only has that right to fill in that detail to the ultimatix so that your counter starts

Also i would like to know i need to consider my resignation count of LWD from next week onwards so shall i put that date LWD to be considered as ...... Date in subject line of email?

That's not how it works. You can put your resignation from the day you want it to get counted. Don't resign this week

Can you pls confirm the day when i send resignation email to supervisor or HRBP on same very date my LWD starts counting or it will be counted from acceptqnce of my resignation email.

In most of the cases, your manager will accept your resignation and start the separation on the same day you resigned. Resign only from the day you want to be considered

Is it so that if one resigns from TCS then he will be blacklisted from all tata companies and not entertained in any of the tata company whatsoever..

It's not difficult. I don't work in TCS anymore so I don't have the access to take the screenshot. You can always ask your colleagues or your lead and they wil be happy to show you

Yes, i think there is a condition that you will have to wait for 6 months . You can always check this with HR and see if there are any exceptions

Sir, my last working day is 20 June , if I return my asset & ID card , TCS will pay for rest 5 days salary, or deduct these 5 days salary..?

You can only take the SL . If take other leaves then your LWD can be extended

I think you can revoke the resignation till your last working day . Just talk to your reporting HR. HR will give you the official statement. Also do let me know how it went

You got to check with your manager. If he is convencied he can find a way. It's difficult no doubt but sometimes it does happen

My joining date was 18th August 2022 but now i want to resign tcs on 12th june 2023. Should i have to pay bound? Please reply because i have to go for higher education.

You can download pay slips any time . Relieving and experience letter will be released on your last working day

Don't worry much . Acceptance will be done my your project HR. Just call your HR or send an email stating the same . It's a daily kind of job for them

You will get salary of 2 months. Only the salary of last month is out on hold

If you have time then it's always better to serve the NP so that you have yej documents of what you have done in the past . In case you don't have time then atleast talk to your manager and ask them to release you . If they don't then you can go ahead and join the government job. Congratulations 👏

You may get in middle and if you still not get it then you can email your HR. They will do it . It's their daily job . You can wait for around 1 month from your resignation and still if you don't get it then send an email to your project HR with cc your manager

If terminated what will be the reason of leaving in experiemce letter I mean directly terminated or may any other reason because if terminated mentioned in the letter experience then the employee may face future problems Or tcs care about that or they directly mentio termimated If terminated by non Performnace

That's is why, company asks employees to resign themselves. They will inform employees that you are getting terminated. So it's better you resign. And in the experience letter, no terminal word is mentioned anywhere

Request your manager . If he agrees then there is still few chance that you might get released early . But the possibility is very low

TCS is a huge company and you don't need to tell them all these. Once you resign they will automatically assign one separation HR for you and he will send you all the communication on what needs to be done from your side for all the required documents. So don't worry about you reminding to them

@@bijaynitd08 after 2 years experience in TCS is masters in abroad a good step or changing to other company in India with better package (like 2x, 3x or more). Which is better step in general if you know exactly.
