@@raghavkumar670 i m doing business .. from chennai. Need to learn income tax acts ... I purchased land may 18 ... Worth 8L .... Guide line value 8L. I gave 4L via DD by bank current account. Balance money 4 L gave cash to seller .. seller ask cash only so we gave ... Now i need to shown that income tax filing. My auditor u made wrong transaction so u need to pay equal penalty for that cash transaction. How can I pay that much penalty . If I made mistake then y govt sub register officer grand. And register such a document. If it's offense or illegal register must not allowed when I register land n register office. Any guidance or suggestions
