For a 3 storey building, everything will be same from beams to columns. Columns will just be extended by lapping. Beams, stairs and slabs will be constructed similarly. Unfortunately, I don’t use SketchUp Pro now and remodelling this in Blender would be a huge task for me. Thanks for the subscribe ❤️

I haven’t shown it in this animation, but column reinforcement is usually extended through the roof. So when it is needed, it is extended just as the column (pillar) reinforcement is extended, by providing a lap.
which software you used to make this animation video?
