Honestly. I believe this show was it's own thing but they realized it was shit and no one would watch it so they tacked the RE label to it.

unfortunately they 100% meant for it to be resident evil related. i remember when they announced the casting years ago. and the filming of the show got delayed during covid. sadly, you can track the entire production (and even it shifting between production studios) just with some google searches. i dont suggest wasting your time doing that tho, because knowing that they intended on making THIS show with THIS plot from the get go- doesn't make the show any more enjoyable imo

lmao seriously. Like, if i didnt research the show before making the video OR vividly remember how irate the internet was when the cast list was announced, i would of said the same thing. because it SHOULD have just been its own show and called something totally different lol
