Figured I'd top off this sudden surge of uploads with a longplay I've been meaning to get up for a long time now. Enjoy and have a Happy Halloween!

This is by far one of the best walkthroughs for this game. It’s very well paced, but packed full of skill at every turn. Bravo, Mr. Marshal!

I can not stress how basically perfect this run is from a cinematic perspective. Bravo on the lighting levels being perfect btw. No wrong turns made ever, no waisted time spent healing. Just fluid gameplay. Watched the whole thing on 1.75 speed and paused to read the lore.

1.75x is funny during cutscenes

This is the best walkthrough for the game on KZread. Just the fact that you take the time to inspect everything and actually examine every item earned yourself a subscriber. I just hope you do a walkthrough with Chris sometime in the future. In the meantime, awesome run and keep up the good work!

Much appreciated, booty sniffer. Glad people are still enjoying this old run. Definitely want to get back to the series and do a Chris run one day. Just have to finish other projects I've been putting off first!

This was my childhood right here! Masterfully played, Star Marshal. It was really great how professional and methodical this was played to the point it was very clear how nothing was left unturned and how every detail was planned from the start. I really hope you'd consider doing a Chris Redfield version of this someday.

Resident Evil is the favorite game of the series game. The actual REs should have been like this, but it has changed over time, it is pretty good to play this beautiful game from 1996 to 2002 on steam, I wish you good publication :)

Nice playthrough, paced and played in a way its entertaining to throw up on the second screen while doing something else (but also enjoyable on its own)

ok finally someone that shows us what it truly means to be a KZreadr. Plays on hardest difficulty, takes no damage and shows, and does everything in the game. CHEERS MATE YOU EARNED A SUB... p.s. invisible enemy is not hardest, its just stupid lol its like making RE3make all enemies nemesis. HA

I'm really glad you enjoyed it. Yes, the ghost mode is more about learning enemy placement more than anything else. A challenge in it's own right, but taking no damage was far more exciting for me.

3:41:43 the moth on the window was always cool! just chilling out! lol

Its a lot tougher if you don’t know where to go. Once you do the game flows a lot smoother.

I never knew about the Barry cutscene after you grab the shotgun. I've always used the broken shotgun to replace 🤯🤯

I feel like I've watched a few people play this game, and yet I still see events I've never seen happen before. Like I didn't know Forest could turn on you like that. And when I saw someone else play this, Barry was there with Forest, and hands you the grenade launcher,. I think thats what makes REmake the best RE, the small ways in which it feels like the events can play out totally differently based on who is playing, unlike the later games that all kinda play out in one singular way for the most part, it feels like a single sequence of events. It also just perfects these mechanics, it plays to the strengths of this style of gameplay, while smoothing the rough edges and making the controls more intuitive, while still being true to the original experience. I wish 2 and 3 had got this treatment, rather than being turned into completely different games.

around 2hrs into the game the knob on the door broke by the northeastern save room, how long til it gets fixed? i noticed it dosent happen during your playthroygh, its super annoying running upstairs and all the way around just to get to the other side of that door.

Greg Jones it brakes if you use it too often. Barry/Wesker should fix it for you though once you complete the Residence section.

@@diamondgirls6541 it's been awhile, but if I recall correctly I was using the keyboard so I'd have to hold shift to run.

Leave the screen in the original proportion in the game menu and in the TV menu, place it personalized and increase 12% horizontally and 2% vertically ... it will be equivalent to the 14: 9 aspect ratio created by the British broadcaster BBC, it's perfect ... Advantages: There are no cuts of content to be displayed on the screen and there is no downgrade of the image. If you don't, there is downgrade and crop of image content if you choose 16: 9 in the game menu.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm just a stickler for having the whole box filled up. Maybe one day I'll do a run that's in the 14:9 ratio.

Yes. ” The game only has the option of 16: 9 and 4: 3 ... both options are bad to play, but if you leave it at 4: 3 and put the TV in 14: 9, it's perfect ... widescreen without losing content or quality...

yes, just hold down the run button instead of walking. I show where every item/pickup is and was going at a slower pace for immersion.

Here's hoping rumors of an extended cut for the RE3 REmake are true. Also, wish they'll put back the original second and third games on Steam and GOG nowadays for the people who prefer them over the remakes.
