Just played a few hours but this could become my favourite vr game in general. RE7 and RE Village were already amazing in vr but 4 was always my favourite Resident Evil so this is just amazing.

I play 40hrs of Psvr2 every month at least. And I have 10hrs on this one already. Holy shit, they did it!!! What a game!

The option to have a laser sight on the pistol is so good too. A roundhouse kick in VR would make you sick. I’m glad it’s not in first person.

Capcom knows how to make a VR mode. I wish they would make a VR mode for Dead Island 2 that game is Lit! 🔥

Probably the best VR game I have ever played. Love the combat, this is what VR is all about. the is exactly what I want. They need to hurry up and give me more of this. No excuses for naughty dog, Capcom has proven you can take a big time game in 3rd person and translate it to an amazing VR experience.

this is a great game. im in middle of the game right now. if you guys can dealing with The reprojection 60 fps that make game and texts a little blurry when you move your head and mura effect in dark areas that kill the immersion sometime this game is gonna blow your mind.

The shotgun feels so real lol 😂😂😂

Cant wait to get home from work lol. Looks good, shame about the flat cutscenes though

Hmm. Did you click yes when you it asked you to go into VR mode? And do you have the VR mode downloaded from Playstation store?

@@MartydudeVR I bought the game yesterday, I played it today, it already said VR2 on the icon, I entered the game, but I did not receive a warning message asking whether I would like to choose normal or VR mode.

How do you turn of when im walking or running it has the halo dimmed on it

You can turn that off in the settings under the vr options. Think it's called "Tunneling".

This looks sooooo good, I'm so jealous 🙃 I'm guessing re4 vr on Quest is the best i can get until i throw some buckaroonies at Sony.

The reason for all the flat screen animations is because the developers had less then a year to get this out because us gamers have 0 patience and want everything out yesterday and then when a game is released less then par we complain..

RE Village is a 1st person game and a lot of the cutscenes are in first person, so those translate into 1st person cutscenes in VR. RE4 is and always has been a 3rd person game, with a lot of action in the cutscenes, so it's different when porting it to VR.

The hand cannon, etc appeared in the storage in VR, but not with infinite ammo.

I hate when you move the game view looks like you’re looking through a telescope is there a fix for that??

100% agree with everything you said. That was almost verbatim what I was saying about the immersion getting messed up when they break you out of first person to see 3rd person video screens. But the game is still great fun. Aside from the third person cuts, my only personal complaint, (and this is probably a minor thing) I really enjoyed throwing the knife on REVR Village. I could rapid fire throw knives at enemies, and then when they stumbled towards me, I could punch them in the face and knock em back... RE4 VR feels very limited on physical interactions and throwing the knife is not a viable option. But to be fair, that did kinda break the game on RE Village. (But it was so fun!)

@@MartydudeVR I take it back. I just realized I could dual wield knives in RE4, parry left and right, and stab people to death in seconds! It's amazing. Knives are more OP in this one than they were in Village.

One problem I'm having is when I press pause the menus seem way too close to the screen (eyes) any way to get the menu options to be back further?

Thanks for another great video. I really cant ever understand why Capcom will put there flat screen RE games on PC, and even RE4 on the Quest. But why wont they port there VR mods to PC.
