They really did her dirty by rushing an unfinished game, she's quite possibly the best Jill in the history of the series and got an unfinished game as her breakout role

On the Residence of Evil video where they hangout with the cast of the RE2R and RE3R, Neil said that he only did the motion capture for Nemmy and not the voice. The "STARS" line was done by one of the programmers at Capcom

Jill's face is based on a Russian model? That adds an entire new dimension to her possible history. Maybe when her grandparents immigrated to the US their name was Valentin and over the years it evolved into Valentine.
