To reset the Shock counter, press the reset button under the counter. To reset the Head Count you need to navigate to the settings page (it looks like a gear in the top right corner of the screen) and then select the “Device” page. On the bottom, there is a “Reset Head Count” button. Press that button and it will reset the head count on the home screen of the device.
