So basically, the BG-10L is better than the BG-10.

Honestly that the BG10 (Hex reset) is one of the worst pull stations of all time. This is behind the The Ademco 529 pull station and Edwards 78 which are disposable pull stations.

I have a BG10 Halon pull, and it takes SO LONG TO RESET

My cousin’s autism clinic used to have BG-10 pulls. But they got replaced with the BG-12 pulls! I feel like fire pulls are always replaced with FireLite BG-12s!

ok but why is this so true, this is why i hate buying non key to reset pulls!

I saw one of safetechs inspections full of bg 10s. They took an eternity to reset and on top of that they are so cheap that if you tighten it too much the pull is toast.

Hehehe I have a bg-10 on my system rn. The screw is just loose so i can pull it open just enough for the handle to go back up

Fun n games until you accidently make the screw too tight and the plastic breaks.

I got a BG-10 that’s coming, it thankfully and fortunately has a key lock and not a hex lock.

Thats why you should use a drill to open or close it and also why I have a 4251 20

Man actually spent 1 minute and 31 sec to reset bg10 lol

I just added a BG10 to my collection that has a screw and a washer in the front.

After turning the screw for 28 hours, Luca left the pull station and...It falls open and the alarms goes BEEP BEEP BEEP again

The BG-10L is better because it's the quickest way to reset with the key.

If you think the BG10s are bad. Take a look at The Ademco 529 or the Edwards 78. Those are horrible pull stations.

The only bg-10 I think is crap is the ones with the screw on the front, the ones with the key locks on the side are the best ones

As someone with both a hex and key lock version of the bg-10 . I completely identify with this

BG-10s are torturous, but have you tried to open a 270-SPO without a proper screwdriver? what about trying to close one with a broken spring?

I have a BG-10 too with the hex lock. I have no problem resetting it and I also had to tighten carefully

The screw model is a peice of crap. Always get the keys.
