I follow the instructions.. BUT on steps 3- 4 when I press them both for 20 seconds they blinks only once [red and white] on a 7th seconds and no matter how long I’m pressing them they never blink more then once. Right earbud not working, that’s it! I read, watch and try everything ! For the first time both earbuds was working ok for a day.. next time when I try to listen music I found that I can hear sounds only from the left earbud. And the touch sensor of the right earbud is working, but it’s almost imposible to hear any sound from it when you are outside. It must be very queit at home to hear that right earbud produce any sound at all..that way. Any ideas ?

There are two ways to pair them. For me this way as in the movie worked but later not. I translated from Polish into google translate. How to pair GT1 - another way 1. Take the headphones out of the charging box - this will detect the phone's headphones in the bluetooth profile 2. Unpair the right handset on the phone, if it is left also on it 3. No need to turn off bluetooth on your phone 4. Put the handset in the charging box 5. Pull it out of the box with the handset charging 6. Hold the headphones on the touch panel for 5 s until they turn off - the red diode will light and turn off, release 7. Hold the headphones on the touch panel for about 13-20 seconds until the white LEDs light up and start flashing faster and faster until the white and red LEDs flash alternately, they will go out - important !!! hold still do not let go until the second time blinking for a moment again the white and red LEDs only after that let go, there should still be a short sound of headphones pairing. 8. Put both headphones back into the charging box 9. Take the headphones out of the charging box and wait about 10 seconds for them to pair together 10. Alright I have a qeustion. There seems to be a lot out there about factory reset. But I want to know how to turn on auto connect again. I acadentily turned Them off manualy but now they wont auto connect anymore. And I mean that if I take Them out of the case they wont turn on. Anyone have a solution. I did do a factory reset but It did not change.

How to maintain the earbuds works both side. Because in my case it always back one side works. Or i should unpair when im not using. Or turn off (touch 15 second) when im about not using it. Hope anyone can answer?

Just put it in the case when not in use. It will turn off automatically and charge itself. Usually it unsyncs when turning the buds off manually (touch 15sec).

I have tried several times but it doesn't work at all. The right bud blinks with a white and red light alternately. I tried your instruction but it keeps doing the same thing. When paired with a device, the right and the left bud pairs separately thus allowing only one bud to connect to the device and making it impossible to listen with both buds. This is somehow slightly alarming since the previous comments suggest the same concern. It would be of great delight if you can help us make things right. Thank you and God bless!

Good morning, the problem I have is that the two headphones are detected as Haylou-GT1_L (both in my Pocophone and in my PC). As no one is detected as Right, they do not synchronize with each other and only allows me to connect one of them, but not to reproduce the sound in the two headphones simultaneously. how is the voice call quality?

Call quality is somewhat okay. You can use it but not as good as taking ordinary calls thru your phone or headphones with extended mic. Its like you are on speaker phone mode for the other party.

I ussually face this problem. It’s spend time for reset this True wireless. Is there problem with my earbud or it’s a normal problem of this Heylou GT1?

When 1 earbuds becomes unresponsive, try putting it back to the case first. When it doesnt seem to sync afterwards, do the reset.

Does it work on oppo f7? Even if its bluetooth 4.2 version?

My left earbud seems ok and can be connected . However my right one is only blinking red and white inside the case. But won't do anything outside it so cannot be detected . Do u have solution for that?

Does it charge? I mean when you put the right buds on the case. It should be red led only. If the buds becomes unresponsive, try putting it on the case.

It should be red light when you put it on the case. Have you removed the plastic on the pogo pins? Try cleaning the gold plated circle.

Maybe try pairing it with other phone if it will work. Make sure to reset it as shown on the video by holding the touch button of both R & L at the same time. Red Light would show at the same time. Thats when you know both are reset and back to factory settings. Then try pairing it again by holding the touch button of the R earphone till it blinks white. Once paired the L will automatically sync. If you cant see any LED light, try charging it first. Make sure to removed the plastic covering the metal ports at the back of the earphone if its new.

Ofcourse you cant pair at the same time. Pair the right earphone Haylou-GT1_R. Once its paired try tapping the touch button on the left GT1_L. You should be hearing a pairing sound as seen on the video

Reset is done when you hold both earphones R and L at the sametime on the touch button. When both LED turned Red at the same time, thats when you know both earphones are back to factory settings
