Sir, outside delhi SC/ST eligibility case waalon ka judgement achuka hai ki delhi union territory hai so delhi ordinarily residence ki zaroorat nai hai , tho Jo candidates sirf delhi ka ordinarily residence na honehone ke wajese reject hue hai unko appointment letter Diya jayega kya??????? Please reply

Ye pata nhi COURT wale konsi govt ka rule follow karte ha because according to govt of NCT of delhi, outsider of delhi treats as sc/st and 2nd thing agar ye central govt rule follow karte ha tab bhi to sc/st ko reservation benefits milta ha. Ma ise wajah se ak baar final se bahar ho chuka ho sc category me hote hue, (final result me outsider of delhi ) likh ke aaya tha aur reservation ka benefit nhi mila aur mujh se kaam marks walo ka selection ho gaya tha 😑😑😑😑 But us time ma case nhi kar paya tha but is time ma bhi case karoga supreme court ya CAT me ye inka chakkar kya ha jo na to NCT of Delhi ko follow karte ha na hi central govt ko 😡😡😡😡😡
