I occasionally walk barefoot outdoors. Assuming you know what you're doing, barefoot is a good option for going through a swamp. Rubber boots are tacky, heavy, and sometimes not even high enough. When barefoot you also get sensory feedback which can be absolutely vital. Of course, most people's feet are weak and pathetic because we wear modern footwear so much that doing something our ancestors have been doing for millions of years seems terrifying.

I started with tiny grass snakes and garter snakes their relatively small and chill just know what snakes are venomous in your area

I love how you are out there not only making money and helping the environment by catching the pythons but also how you seem to know every living creature around you and rather than fear them you understand them. Also you pick up litter so that’s a nice touch too!
