Rescued From Eternal Death | Rescued #10 | Pastor Lutzer

There is a plague that has infected 5 billion people. In all cases, it’s fatal. Death strikes everyone. Will your death be an entry point into heaven or hell?
In Romans 5, Paul compares and contrasts Adam and Jesus. Where one sinned and led all of humanity into darkness, the other obeyed God and leads us into light.
Will you die in Adam, still in your sins with the door closed to paradise? Or will you die in Jesus, with His righteousness opening the door to heaven?

It is possible for anyone today to transfer from being in Adam to being in Jesus. God is able through the authority and kingship of Christ to save those who trust Christ as Savior. I know I am a sinner and I need a Savior. I transfer my trust to Jesus as Savior and accept His righteousness as a free gift. I love the Lord Jesus. I love the Holy Spirit. I love Abba Father. The Lord Jesus is my Savior and my King. Praise the Lord! Now, I belong to God and He loves me. Today, we, who have trusted in Christ as Savior, have "much more" in Christ than we lost in Adam. God has transferred us from being in Adam to being in Christ. I believe this is a most amazing miracle of God's grace. This miracle I believe is even a greater miracle than God speaking the universe into existence! We are in Christ today! Praise the Lord! The righteousness of Christ is imputed to us as a free gift by the death of Christ. The righteousness of Christ is ours! And we are today justified by His blood! Christ is the head of a new race. And we are part of that race. I am a redeemed man. We are redeemed people. We the body of Christ, a new creation. Praise the Lord! We are now free to live our lives today in way that is pleasing to the Lord! Praise the Lord! Glory to God! Yes, indeed, I want to now sing Amazing Grace! Praise the Lord! Thank You Holy Spirit for showing me that I am a sinner in need of a Savior. Thank You for helping me to repent and turn to Jesus for forgiveness and cleansing. Thank You Lord Jesus for taking my sins and making them Your own so that I could transfer my trust to You as Savior and receive Your forgiveness and cleansing as a free gift. Thank You Father, Abba Father, for declaring me justified by the blood of Christ and saving from eternal death for ever . Praise the Lord!

No. Death is the consequence of sin. Sin is Not inherited. Ezequiel 18:4, 20, God declares "All souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die....The soul that sinneth, IT shall die. The son SHALL NOT bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son...and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him."
