I agree with you. There was definitely a great connection with the kid and this puppy. She was probably somebody's pet prior to this. Maybe she strayed and lost her way, her owners may be looking for her....

FYI, I learned the difficult way that spunky is only positive in parts of the states, meaning "lively with an upbeat attitude". Everywhere else that speaks English both spunk and spunky are vulgar words referring to ejaculate. Yes, that. I know you meant it to be a compliment; just thought you should know since the world can read this.

I'm crying to see that sweet dog so happy, energetic and clearly madly in love with the little boy. If she can't stay there, I really hope she gets a home with kids. Thank you Loreta and Eldad for braving a sketchy neighborhood to rescue Freya.

We called several times after there was a litter of kittens left in a truck parking lot in Southern California. I personally left voicemails, nobody ever called back. One of the kittens that was badly ill and hurt was put down. I was such a fan and gave money to Hope for Paws, prior to that, but I was so disappointed after having personally come across animals in need without their help or care. I’m sure they do help some dogs and a few kittens for videos. The decency of a call back, even if they could not take them, to point us to other resources available for them would have been nice.

I missed Loreta, thank you for bringing her back. I am sorry to hear you cut off her kindness with unkind words and orders. It is something you only practice with her. I hope that you not only capture the love of these helpless animals but also the love of this loving woman. God bless you and your ministry. Be kind to others as well.

This sweetheart won’t take long to get adopted. She’s got a cute spirit. You and Loreta make a good rescue team. Eldad has the know how (dog whisperer) and Loreta has the “gentle persuasion”. And another animal is rescued! Thanks for taking the time.

It's amazing what a bath, rest, a good meal, and the feeling of safety can mean for a dog that came from the streets.

Good question, could be she got lost and whoever owned her didn't microchip her. There is no way of knowing really.

Everytime they snare a dog, my heart rate goes through the roof. Like I feel the panic and fear of those poor puppies and always worry they'll hurt themselves. I LOVE that you guys are so good at it. I hold my dogs when I watch the videos and cry. Ya'll are amazing!!

I’ve been watching your amazing efforts for years and I have only just realised how many rescues you do! How the hell do so many people in LA mistreat their animals and get away with it?!?!?
