you cannot force them to eat.. you have to let them get comfortable to a new place in their own time. New cat fosters or new cat owners dont understand this. i was the same way until i adopted my two kitties and had them for awhile. Now understanding their needs and behaviors I am better equipped to handle any new kitties I will adopt in future.

You drowned him, cooked him, and strangled him several times, but in the end, you saved the little guy :D so thank you. looks very similar to what mine dis when he came up to my house one day years ago, just as small. still here:) but seriously, little kittens are too fragile to be handled like this, specially the holding by the neck. take it easy they don't even weigh a pound at that stage. you have good intentions though, good man. bless
