Repot With Me | Cebu Blue Pothos & Hawaiian Bamboo Orchid | PART I
Hey guys! I was in Hawaii for a week and a half and although I didn't have much time for plant shopping, I did end up finding a couple of plants without going out of my way. In this video, I am repotting two new plants that I got from Hawaii: a Cebu Blue Pothos and a Hawaiian Bamboo Orchid. I also explain my experience bringing plants with me from Hawaii, either on the plane or through mail. Stay tuned for PART II where I finally repot some wishlist plants!

hedgehog pot is adorbs!
that cebu looks awesome!!
Kawamoto Nursery in Oahu has them. And yes they do smell like chocolate. 😋
I was there last week
Haha I just came back from Hawaii on Monday. 😆I was going to check those plants in bags at the Honolulu airport too!!! But I forgot. lmao My bf always wants me to bring some plants back from Hawaii. I googled it and people just did what you did, removing the soil. I was too lazy to do that. 🤣 Maybe I should try next time. Thank you for sharing more on this! FYI Southwest has direct flight to Kona from Vegas. I love flying with them to the Big Island (from San Jose). Southwest always has the best deal with free check bags haha. 😆

There’s always next time haha! I usually fly with Hawaiian for the points since I have the HawaiianMiles card and for their complimentary meals lol. I also get a free checked bag. I wanna try Southwest’s direct flight one day though!
I have a teacup yorkie that hangs out with me in my plant room too. Same hair cut and all😆 I have to try the peat moss in my mix. We have horrible water here in Vegas. 😝 Most of my plants are doing well, some are struggling haha I didn’t know cebu’s had variegation. Nice find!! 🌿 Look forward to your next video🌺🌿
I remember buying an 8 inch pot of cebu blue at home depot in 2017 for $12. Gave it away. Biggest regret of my plant journey. While peat moss may help your PH in the soil, its unsustainable along with sphagnum. I suggest a PH balance solution as a long term as its sustainable and not too expensive. Ive found Liqui-dirt lowers my PH by about 2ppm to (6ppm). (which im still experimenting with so dont take my word as truth)
Pls do a milsbo greenhouse update ..
Hello, that was not rambling. Absolutely great info. Thanks for that. Is that 15 bucks + 70 bucks plant still in ur collection ?

Thanks haha! Yeah the green fusion is still in my collection and actively growing. Still waiting for the day it gives me white variegation again 😓
