Unfortunately, Hank Johnson sunk the Democrats argument by reading from his transcript of Trump quotes, and then backing it up using video/audio that proved Hank Johnson perceived sarcasm as authentic belief, misinterpreting the content and context of his transcripts. This was a huge win for the Republicans, as it strengthened their case against AG Merrick Garland.

Maybe President Trump was bored with a bogus trial? And that's why he was nodding off...

trials are boring for sure. No one else is nodding off. Nor is there a history of defendants dozing off. So he's sleeping, by all accounts from witnesses actually there, or he is disrespecting the court. Neither is smart or good. Tell yourself all the lies you want. That is your main diet these days. Sleeping in court functions as an escape behavior. He has no other escape in there. A narcissist cannot stand hearing negative, unflattering, facts and information about himself presented right in front of him all day. He's not allowed to leave or use his phone. Sleeping or pretending to sleep is the only way he can escape the humiliation. Sociopaths never like to hear the truth about themselves.

Yes, waiting for the audio and video that the DOJ won't give up. I believe withholding of evidence is obstruction of justice under 18usc1501-1519. If it's different then the transcript it's tampering with evidence which is a violation of 18USC1001 and obstruction of justice.

I just skip over the dems due to the amount of ignorance that comes out of the left.

The Jan 6 partisan committee was a joke. I applaud Jordan's stand to ignore the illegitimate idiocy. Garland, on the other hand, is trying to cover for a senile old man with poor memory. Why are liberals so frightened of their idol's audio? The presidential debates will be definitive evidence demonstrating how incompetent and inept Biden is. Only a moron would vote for Joe Biden.

The acting Chairman changes frequently in one session, and always guided by mice in his ear. How is this effective ruling? How are they not ousted for ineffectiveness. They propose a lot of time wasting actions while achieving nothing. The chairman deserves an F- on his report card.
