Sadly, Aparicio died in 2008 and never got to see Messi reach his full potential - but at least the Grandoli coach got to see the player break into Barcelona's first team and play for the Argentine national side.

for me, Ronaldo is the best ever, he is the complete player, the perfect athlete, who will be competing at the highest level in his 40s (mark my words) whereas Messi is more technically gifted with his left foot and dribbling.
The man is telling the truth ,he wasn’t trying to take glory but he said he didn’t discover him but was the first to put him in a pitch 😢he’s just an honest man ,I hope Messi remembers him

I was a coach for under 6s 10 years ago, last month one of the kids who first started with me is now signed his first professional contract at 16yrs old, I’m proud of him and hope so much he does very well, I support him till retired
