Now about approaching woman from their duboor, what is your understanding of Sura 2:223 where it is said: “ فإذا تطهرن فأتوهن من حيث امركم الله”. With the use of jarr and ism majroor, does this to clear meant that women are to be approached from where Allah has ordered, which is the place where the monthly courses flow from? For the fact that the verse deals with questions concerning menstruation ties coitus with the fact that it is done through the farj where menstrual discharge come through from. And I checked all the tafaseers within reach and none seem to present a contrary understanding. I stand to be corrected and educated otherwise. Thank you for your time. Wasalam

I would like to add that the idea of the Caliph as God's representative on earth was influenced by the Persian ideas of kingship. The Persians (and Greco-Romans) influenced many customs if the Abbasids. The persians and byzantines saw the ruler as somewhat divine. Needless to say this is antithetical to Quranic teaching as humans are fallable.

bhai jaan could you also clarify one qaida that we get from the ulama that a narration by multiple weak narrators imparts strength to it . so does the hadith regarding the anal intercourse not become strong even if it is narrated by many weak narrators .

Abu Hanifa actually did comment on the createdness of the Quran in Fiqh al-Akbar, saying "wal-Qur'an ghayru makhluq" and al-Qari and Imam Abu Yusuf also bring some quotes from Abu Hanifa, if I am not mistaken, dealing with this. But besides that, this was pretty decent video.

Very authentic and clear proofs were given by this modern mufti to his opponent.By all means we will have to accept his proofs because nobody seemed to be as efficient, observant and proficient scholar as he is. He has lifted the veil up from the truth that the mullahs were hiding from us. 😁😁😁😁😁
