In the JB420 model I have, they're identical. In JB424, they're different AFAIK. Double check that before ordering any parts

תודה 🤩 פשוט היה רעש במהלך הנסיעה שהתחזק עם השנים. הוא לא הרגיש חריג או פתאומי ולא ידעתי מאיפה הוא מגיע, רעש שברובו קורלטיבי למהירות הנסיעה עם טיפה קורלציה לכמות הגז שאני לוחץ כשאני באזור ה100 קמ"ש. שללתי נאבות ע"י סיבוב הגלגלים כמו שכולם ממליצים. אחרכך ניענעתי את הפרופשאפט הקדמי ושמתי לב לחופש בו. הרגיש לי שבריא להחליף בלי קשר לרעש והתחשק לי פרוייקט אז הלכתי על זה. לא הרגשתי שינויי משמעותי (או כלשהו) אחרי זה. מה שכן מאוד עזר זה להחליף צמיגי bfgoodrich ko2 בני 4 לצמיגי general at3 חדשים ולעשות כיוון פרונט. יכול להיות עם השקט הנוכחי הייתי מרגיש בהבדל, אין לי באמת מושג.. מה שכן, אם אתה ניגש לזה, תחזק את הברגים טוב. אצלי ברח טיפה גריז אחרי כמה ימים כי לא הידקתי מספיק (לא הכי נוח לגשת שם עם torque wrench)
Should you always use the original cap on the side that goes to the front differential?

By saying original, you mean OEM suzuki part? I don't think they sell or create these separately. The cap and the joints that I've installed are aftermarket. If it's not original but says it fits that model, and the maker is legit, then you should probably be fine.
Do I want to buy two qty from drive shaft parts online or just need one to repair the both sides?

I would swap both of them. If you're trying to save a few bucks, then swap the one that's worn

Are the two bearings the same or is there a difference between the front and rear ends?

On the 2.0 liter model (JB420) they seem to be the same, haven't noticed any difference. On other models (i.e JB424) they might be different.
