Thanks so much...Could use someone that knows how to do this here in Colorado!! We'll have to just try to follow along on the video :)

Is there a way to find out the part number of the channel balance replacement parts without taking the window out? The suppliers that I have found so far say they need the part number, and that the only way to get that is to take the window apart. It takes up to a month to get the replacement parts, so the window needs to be taken apart and reassembled twice to complete this repair. Any advice would be very appreciated.

What are the sizes of your windows?

Thank you so much for this video! We are needing to do the same repair on multiple windows at our house and can't find anyone to work on the windows. How can I find out the replacement part number for the exact part needed? Do you know of any universal parts available that might work in Peachtree windows? Thanks again for such a useful video!!

We measured the windows and the customer went online and ordered the window balances, and we installed them. I'm not sure where he ordered them from

Great DIY no-nonsense video. Can I replace the window pane in the lower sash of a Peachtree double-hung window without undoing the balances. Are there screws on the side of the lower sash that will release the pane after I lift the sash out of the jamb?
