That adjuster bolt is sticking a fair bit. Mine's backed off as much as I dare and I can't get the drum to locate on the 4 bolts. Any ideas please?

My handbrake cable folds back on its self when released lever side. Looked at mine don’t think there’s not enough room to slide of the drum off its very close to the middle exhaust box. Do you need to move the exhaust, Tom to remove the drum. Another great video

Thank you! If you take the exhaust off the rubbers you should be able to move it to one side to remove the drum. Like mine the adjuster will probably be siezed, if it is try and get the drum off as you can access the threads with wd40 and are less likely to damage the adjuster. To me that sounds like the cable might be sticking. Let me know your findings 👍

@@lifes.projects Yes I thought that Tom. I did remove the centre rubber and try pushing it over by hand but couldn’t get much on it. I may try a ratchet strap to hold it. I will let you know how I get on. I don’t fancy taking the exhaust off, adding rust to the oil drips on the drive will send the Mrs into a week long sulk😁

I wonder why BEARMACH doesn't create or commision these videos particulary for PUMA DEFENDERS...

I dont think owners do as much work on pumas as the owners of older defenders. In all fairness i didnt know of Bearmarch until a few years ago. Dont get me wrong it would be awesome if they did sponsor videos but i am extreamly greatful with what they sent me. I didnt even think a big company would even see my videos.
