How about replacing the lower half? Over time due to the mattress sitting on top of the plywood of an old water bed frame, the underpinning has ripped. Sleep number wants almost $500 to replace it. Do you have an alternative for my problem?

I have a Pillow Top from the Sleep Number 7000 Series that’s a California King size and am wondering if you still make a replacement for that?

Hello, what if you need the bottom part as well. Ours has totally ripped on the bottom because I like to sleep on the low sleep number and it is blown out on One side because it ripped underneath. So do you guys replace the bottom as well? And do you use a stronger fabric because the ones that sleep number put on is really low quality. Like they did it on purpose or something.

You would still mark the four corners and send the top half of it in. We would use those markings for a brand new zipper. We have the correct zipper in stock.

I have a 2009 split king. My cover includes a bottom fabric. Does your product include top and bottom? my bottom portion is torn. Do I send top and bottom zipper. And lastly how much?

If you just want to repair or replace the bottom only, simply unzip and remove the top and set it aside. Send in your bottom half with the zipper still attached. (Do NOT remove zipper ) We can repair or replace the bottom portion. Call 610 327 2322 ask for Mark or John.

If I pull the zipper off, is it possible to change from a pillowtop to a regular top?

Good question. YES. Just make sure you mark all 4 corners before you remove the top half of your zipper. We can sew your top zipper to the quilted panel making it a regular top.

Can I put them in the washing machine?

Fabric on these covers do shrink substantially. Another problem that occurs is burs on the zipper teeth when they get lodged into the agitator. I have replaced many zippers over the years for people who have tried. I have also made a lot of box spring covers that literally lost 6" or more of distance around the box spring from shrinkage. If it is dirty enough where you have nothing to lose, than try it; otherwise it is not worth the risk.

What is the charge for this? I have a King size but it is 2 separate twin tops.

This freaking zipper is heller difficult to zip up. PLEASE DO A VIDEO ON HOW TO ZIP THE BLOODY PAD TO THE BLOODY FREAKING CASING / COVER! I have a C2. And there is a ridiculous design with a partial zipper and a zipper that goes around the perimeter. Jesus, I thought I had enough intelligence to zip up a bloody zipper! Very poor design the C2. :(

Really? Are you serious? What happen to a service tech and guaranteed warranty process for the fix? This process seems outrageous.

We are not Sleep Number and can not give warranties on products that are not ours... I'm sure they have a warranty process but this is for the people who either expired their warranty or don't get what they expect in their warranty. This process has a few more steps involved, however, you can just purchase the complete outer shell ( Whole new cover ) if you prefer.
