I haven't gotton my Robot yet but I read the following in one of the manuals. "The APP side cannot control the robot at the same time as the tag controller. If you need to please turn off the tag controller in advance". Please let me know if this works? I'm wondering if you have to use one or the other but not both of them powered up at the same time?

Did you manage to fix the new label eventually?

Yes. It was shipped without a battery in place.

@@MinhvuLy Thanks. I had the same issue. I took the battery from the old label and now the new one is charging and pairing.
