Hoe zit dit vast bij valt ie er steeds uit al vanaf ik de scooter heb

Kopervet is niet in eerste plaats bedoeld om te smeren maar om vastzitten te voorkomen (anti-seize). Wordt doorgaans gebruikt op bv bouten. Voor de bendix kun je m.i. beter gewoon lagervet gebruiken.

try 8mm inner diameter, 12mm outer diameter, 9mm long bushing.

Sinds ik mijn rollen heb vervangen hoor ik bij het elektrisch starten een heel scherp geluid van m'n starter krans komen. Ik heb alles goed gemonteerd naar mijn idee. Wat zou dit kunnen zijn?

Ligt eraan of alles goed op de plek zit, haal het los en bekijk even of er slijtage te zien is

neither: bendix is for starting the engine with electric starter motor, not to drive wheel. you should be looking at the variator, drive belt and clutch (near rear wheel) if motor does run.

Mijn bendix zit los en hangt naar beneden waardoor die de starterkrans heletijd aantikt als die aan is?

How much torque on the variable nut? And what size is it?

in dutch whe says ''dop 17'' Torque: 5.5~6.5kgf-m

Ich würde den Variodeckel nur abbauen und nicht zerlegen, weil er wieder angebaut werden muss. Aber hier lernt man wie man schrauben raus und wieder rein dreht.

I see you use copper grease everywhere? Why didn’t you clean and remove the dirt in the variator? Wasn’t it possible to remove the Bendix without unscrewing the front variator? With the 139 QMB engine, the bendix comes out easily, and there is no need to unscrew the front variator.

I put a new bendix on it and it rotates a little, the pulley locks

can be multiple factors. How is the battery voltage and is the starter motor still OK?

The kick starter breaks very easily on these scooters. The cvt cover might be broken. there is a tiny piece of the cover that breaks off if you use the kick starter too much.

That's right, we make videos on how to assemble parts. Then sound is not necessary. Tip, you can enable translation to keep track of what you need to do.
