Replace Coolant Hoses & Thermostat On A 2006-2009 Range Rover Sport Supercharged

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Over a period of time, the rubber hoses on your Range Rover Sport Supercharged will not only dry up externally, but also internally. The flow of coolant can actually wear them out and take material away.
Therefore, we recommend replacing the coolant hoses every 105,000 miles.
Watch Doug, our Land Rover Master Technician, as he demonstrates an overview of the replacement of the custom-fit hoses and thermostat for a 2006-2009 Range Rover Sport Supercharged.
Using coolant hose and thermostat kit # COOLKIT102, which includes all the hoses needed plus a new thermostat, it is recommended that this service be performed every 105,000 miles.

I have a 2006 Range Rover HSE 4.4 engine. It had a low coolant warning and I replace the reservoir and the thermostat in it. Now I have a water leak in it. do you have a video in how to replace the coolant and heater hoses in a HSE with a 4,4 engine.

So I have a 99 land rover disco 2 and every once in awhile it will over heat. It does it when I'm driving for more than 20 min at a time and when I'm pressing on the gas pretty hard. I've checked and I've got no leaks anywhere. It also shake a little bit and is somewhat slow to get going but once the engine is warm it's fine. I'm thinking the overheating could be the thermostat I just haven't had time to check it. But do you know what the shaking could be? I know it's not a loose engine mount.

We're not sure, the diesel versions were not sold in America, we would recommend bringing it to your Land Rover mechanic for further diagnosis.

Cheese-it’s Christ why do you refuse to purge the coolant reservoir at the end of all your videos. Please show us how to! My LR3 has overheated three times already and no luck. Do I fill the reservoir all the way up and run the engine with the cap on? Off? Do I Twist the little plastic screw? What do I do?! Do I just let the engine overheat and prey it goes away?! Someone please help me solve this mystery no one what to talk or vlog about!!

@@dvaz1986 We're in the same boat. Adding an auxiliary pump now to see if it helps.
