How I replaced my brake pads on my Vespa LX, although I think it's very similar for the Vespa ET2 as well. This model is the 2t, although I think it's the same pretty much across the whole lx range. Possibly the GT too. Here's a link to the brake pads I bought. They were basically some of the cheaper ones around. I'm sure you can get better ones. This is just a video of my experience. I would advise you to go to a mechanic if you don't know what you're doing.

Good video. The piston wouldn't move at all on my Vespa though and every screw seems to be stuck, can't unscrew anything actually.

Yeah, I had some troubles with the nuts on the wheel. Vid makes it look easier than it is. Did you manage to get your brake pads in? Maybe there's too much pressure in the brake system preventing you from pushing them back. That could happen if someone had topped up their brake fluid as their brake pads wore down. An option would be to open up the reservoir on the handlebars and suck out a small amount of brake fluid with a syringe. Open to other ideas though.

+willzer7968 Thanks for your answer, I've tried but the pistons are almost stuck to the brake rotor and there's almost no brake fluid left actually, should I just suck out all of the fluid left?
How about back wheel?
