Amen! An old hymn comes to mind "...turn your eyes upon Jesus. Look full in His wonderful face and the things of this world will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace".

Only the Holy Spirit can help us .

I agree with you we get so distracted in our life. I need to work on keeping my eyes on you Father God and not let anything get in the way of my walk with you Lord. He is so Worthy! This was such a needed discussion and a much needed call for all of us to cry out before the throne in repentance particularly the leaders in the church who are leading some of the sheep astray. We need to allow the Holy Spirit to move the way He desires to in every way. May we all cry out for godly sorrows that lead to true repentance and may we shut out distractions and run into the arms of our Father.🙏🏽✝️🙌🏽. You really touched my heart on the fact that we don't have that fear of the Lord anymore, that respect and awe that we should have. We make Him so small and like He says.....Oh that's okay if you commit adultery because we all know we want abundant life around here. No---God hates evil and wickedness and will bring us to a point where we need to repent. Look at David. Amen. It is amazing that I also had an awareness of the holiness of God and immediately focused on my condition before God when I heard about these pastors failing. I realized that I needed to clean up my own heart and put all my trust in God to strengthen my dependence on Him and no one else.

Barbara is telling the truth! We can't have true revival until there's genuine repentance in all classes and races. God doesn't change His Word. There's always been bias, hatred and racism in the Body of Christ. God is love. He loves everyone. The respect, reverence, deity, power, etc. of God is coming back to His Church and the World! We have been warned of this many years ago and in God's Word. I'm on a cleansing and healing journey myself. I deliberately sinned against God years ago. He forgave me, however, He judged my sin. I went through His judgement for 7 years. I went through that type of judgement twice. I still think about how I sinned against God, His holiness, majesty, etc. I still feel the judgement/whipping from God to this day. It's time to get our houses in order, stop judging, giving passes to those who look like and act like us, cry out to God like never before!!! My heart goes out to the men, their lives, family, members, etc. We don't need to judge them, that's God's job. I love and pray for everyone!

God loves everyone, BUT HE hates sin….. and you’re talking about people judging others in the Body of Christ, but you’re judging the Church by saying there’s always been bias, hatred and racism in the Church…personally, the churches I’ve attended, I’ve never seen racism or hatred….

The church MUST return to the PREEMINENCE of Jesus Christ. There is ONE Head. One who is FIRST: Jesus Christ! We are not intended to have man as a middleman between us and Jesus. Yes, we have teachers but they must continually point others to Jesus. Many pastors love being looked up to, love being depended upon, etc. and the powers of darkness see that weakness and pride which is an open door/permission for them to blind and deceive. And then eventually comes their fall. We must all pray as well that the Lord show us any places of weakness that the enemy may be seeking to exploit to bring blindness to sin etc. His truth is our shield and buckler and our eyes and ears that we may see and discern all things with His wisdom and light. These happenings of pastors falling are not a surprise as many have been intentionally praying for pastors/leaders hurting the Bride to be removed from pulpits etc. Be blessing and glory and honor and power to Him who sits on the throne, unto the Lamb, forever and ever. Sadly we are in a time where it is very difficult to find a local church that actually teaches the word of God without fear of man, without worrying about offending people, without worrying about losing quote-unquote members to fund their church building . If there is not a local church that teaches the word, the holy spirit will definitely tell a child of God to leave that place words are seeds and we cannot allow lying seeds to go into our hearts

We know that our repentance, redemption and renewing of the spirit man inside of us to be rapture ready all started long ago and is nearly done now. 2 or 3 more steps and The Messiah/Rapture is here. Go forward in Christ. Those of us predestined to be ready and changed will attain eternal salvation. I say Jehovah take over. Holy Spirit have Your way. I am grateful. I am blessed and I am assured.
