I agree with you about the location of Graceland. The other anomaly is how the outside looks like a Georgian mansion and the inside is totally and completely not matching the period reflected on the outside. Totally worth the visit.

It's so out of place, yet so cool. It was all ELVIS. The jungle room. All different themes.

For those musty books, I put them in a plastic shoe bin w/a small bowl of baking soda. Put the lid on and leave it for a while. I think I left the last one a few months. Got rid of a lot of the musty smell. : )

I met Elvis when I was 6: my dad had stopped to get gas at the store across the street(angled south of Graceland). My dad had gone inside to pay and Elvis comes by on his 3 wheeler. I yelled "Hi Elvis!!" and he heard me. So he turns around and rolls up next to the window of the car and starts talking to me(I was bright blonde and sky blued eyed at that age). He told me he had a girl about my age and I told him he and I had the same birthday day. When he heard that he told me he had something he wanted to give me and said "Have your dad wait here, I have to go get it, I'll be right back." He left and I watched him go through the gates of Graceland. As he did my dad came out and got in the car. I said, "Dad, wait!" he' said "why?" So I told him Elvis said he was going to give me something and went to his house to get it and he'd be right back..." He said, "Oh sure." started the car and left. The reason he had not seen Elvis was because the store window was full of placards and advertisements. I pouted for years over that. lol

Since I'm a coupla weeks older than you, my 76-80 drinking habits were more "refined! (🤪) Or maybe it's another NoCal/SoCal thing? Anyways -- Mickeys Big Mouth, Boones Farm AND Annie Green Springs were regular visitors to any high school event 😎

With those Winnie the Pooh books you could put it in a container with baking powder or soda for a couple of weeks. Should get rid of the smell. I had a pair those stick-on sandals we call them thongs here. Back in the 80s. Cheers Graham

I have 5 of 6 Joseph Greene, Dig Allen Space Explorer books. I saw the entire set for Over $500 but I have no idea how long it’s been listed. Does it make sense to buy the 6th edition for $35 or do people do better selling them individually?

That really depends. If the sell through is strong at a high price it would be smart to do that. It really has to be a sold seller.

I posted something recently for sale, but noticed there was no option to list video, only photos. Am I missing something? I don’t have an official store, so could that be the issue?

If you are doing it on the phone it can't be through the app. You have to do it through the desktop.

How do you ship a baseball bat? What type of container? And does E-bay figure out the shipping or is it up to you? Thanks!

Ebay figures the price after you give them the numbers. EX Bat. 6X6X36 weight 2LBS. Betting no more than $12-$15. I find tubes behind stores and keep them.....Hoard. Thanks for watching
