After cleaning this should not happen unless there is a loose connection in the sensor plug, interchanging is not a solution

Sir mere bike ke check engine light jali hui rahti hai. Mene tps sensor ko disconnect karke dubara connect kiya to problem solve ho gaya. Lekin agar me usko as its rahne deta kya tab bhi problem hoti. Please bataiye

No this change will not affect the performance and mileage, this is just a foolish trick made my yamaha just distinguish szr from fz. Carburetted bikes tends to change its mileage now and then, just follow the periodic maintenance table from manual, and everything will be at its best.

Ok bro Give me some idea to increase the mileage in fz v1 model my bike gives only 35.2km per ltr. But my engine are in good condition and also i have done settings within carburetor also but still there is a mileage drop bro what should i need to do bro

Nehi, normal nehi hai, sensor ki problem ho sakti hai, tps sensor wali screw dhila karke rotate karke dekho

Mujhe Insta pe dm karo, screw ki pic vejta hu.

Bhai starting issue ho rah hai. Rich lean mix mein carburettor different behaviour kar rah hai 2 turn out karta hu toh start accha hota hai but engine heat hota hai matlab lean. But 2.5 jo factory setting hai woh karta hu toh self start kick start dono mein lag karta hai. TPS issue hai kya. 2.5 mein start ho bhi gya toh bht low rpm mein start hota hai.

No only one is 5volt positive, one ground, and last one is output of the sensor. Color varies.

@@siranjeevi5305 i will check and let you know. But if you got a multimeter then set it on continuity mode and connect the engine warning light socket with one terminal and check the wire among 6 pin connector with other terminal.

Check input voltage of rpm wire to the meter. Give throttle and check the voltage variation, if the voltage varies then there is something wrong with the rpm meter. Check it's resistors.

Tps don't sale separately, the plug comes with the wiring harness and the sensor comes with the carburettor.

Stock carburettor me 3.5 turn rehta hai pilot screw. Time k sath mileage drop ho jata hai. Sirf screw set karnese mileage nehi barne wala

@@EzMeck Hello Rajib, even I have Yamaha SZ R 2012 model, I have problem with milage and power, I'm getting around 25/lit , I've learnt from your channel that changing the present Yamaha carburetor to pulsars will give better milage around 45km/lit, can you please advise which model should I use Pulsar 150 carburetor or 180s? If 150 which model.. Thanks a ton.

I would rather suggest you to buy szrr carburettor. I am using it now and having 42-45kmpl when driving sanely. Pulsar carburettor will give you very unstable idle rpm. Tps will not work on pulsars carbs so smoothness will be sacrificed. Invest a little more and get stock szrr carb.

Szr and szrr carburettor are same. Szrr blue core carb has a extra part for the evap system. Other than that all of them are similar. Tps sensor wiring connection is different for szr and szrr. So they need to be altered. You can check out my video related to tps sensor
