Most of mixer motor single phase series motor. Mixi have very less load speed and sound more. If you load material in jar.. Speed and sound reduces.

Hi Sami, a quick question, what type of screw is the central screw at the base of the Panasonic mixer ? I managed to remove all others with Star screwdriver, but couldn't remove the central one as it is a bit different type

Mr Kiran 10mts you can see this bottom parts. Tool used for repairing minus scrow driver, spaner,wd 40 1st apply little Wd40 or any break fluid little to this bolt and hexagonal nut. Then using spaner / plaier unscrew hax nut little. Then unscrew and remove the central part by minus screw driver. Then carefully lock 🧐there is a steel ball bearing is there 3mm dia or like ,clean with cloth ,and check its surface smoothness, any thing is irregular you can replace with new one (available in leading cycle spair parts shop). Apply some good quality H.D grease. And replace central parts with sufficient tight,check the rotation of top part by hand, if it move smoothly with out any play or tight,then replace nut tighten correctly.

You can give connection of carbon brush in opposite direction. Now your roter brush have two cable connection , just remove connection and connect to opposite direction.
Is the motor working after your work?
