Hello, First of all thank you for sharing this video in a platform where most of the people are searching for any solution. I too have such kind of hairline cracks in my apartment's walls. They are not wide but long enough to put anyone in worry. Question: what could possibly happen if we don't repair these walls with about 1-2mm width hairline crack? Is the wall going to fall after some years? Will the size and shape of existing crack change? Will it become more wider and longer, affecting other walls too?

Hairline cracks are common in many buildings, particularly in plaster, which is prone to shrink and is very sensitive to movement, particularly if the supporting structure is old, or timber frame. The timber frame will move over time, but the plaster will not - and so it cracks.The appearance of cracks and other distortions caused by building movement can be visually unattractive and disconcerting for occupants, and if left untreated they can affect the integrity, safety and stability of the structure.

Yes you can apply Sapal 2in1 over skim coated wall. Sapal 2in1 is highly elastic and can bridge hairline cracks. You can can mix 50% water to become waterproofing paint for firewall.

Good evening po. ask ko lang po ano ang tamang product po sa firewall na exposed sa ulan at araw, Problema ko po ngayon dahil pumapasok na po sa loob namin ung tubig ulan, dahil sa merong crack ung firewall at na lobo na ung existing paint. Paki advise po, maraming salamat.

After repairs, you can use Buildrite Sapal RTU primer, sealer and waterproofing membrane in one to waterproof your firewall. For loose or chalky paints, yes. But you still need to top coat to have better appearance sir. The binder is yellowish.

What is the durability of sapal 2 in 1? After we apply this does it hold the concrete well or just fill the crack?

You can use any water-based paints.

About 7yrs ago nagpa slab kmi s terace, however after 5 yrs nagsimula n mag peel yun semento, kita na yun bakal pag nk tingin s kisame ng slab. Ano po ba ang pwede gawin? You Can apply Sapal 2in1 for hairlines cracks. You can use Confix Ij and Confix HV for structural cracks. After that, you can apply skim coat.

For hairline cracks repair, we recommend Sapal 2in1. Sapal RTU is a primer, sealer and waterproofing paint only. Cracks should be repaired prior to the application of Sapal RTU.

Hi sir, paano if ang daming cracks talaga sa house. Kahit hindi sa sa may windows. Ano po ba dapat gawin and who to ask whether the house still good.
