I had a similar treadmill and the problem was the same 220k 1w resistor. Even the board is different,the problem was the same. Thanks a lot for the tip. Great work!

My Horizon CT5.2 was getting E1 error after running 5 - 15 minutes. Found out that it was speed sensor that was not aligned to the magnet properly. Aligned it and fixed the E1 issue on it.

on a Buffalo with a Chang pcb M3218CE-2A motor stoops after few seconds. do you know the adjustment of the Torque. If I turn on the hex switch it stops directly.

1st of all, Thanks for the great video and great knowledge. I got help from your video and found 1 MOSFET short circuited. I replaced that MOSFET but treadmill only worked for few minutes and again similar error-02 started coming. What else could cause this issue in circuit. Please advise.

I also found that previously my Transistor was easily traced and found out that it is short but this time, it is not short this time. MOSFET Product number is: IRF460. Please advise @creative engineering.

This is around 2 years ago after multiple times replacement of MOSFET. I increased the MOSFET rating and installed 1 with higher current ratings but issue kept coming on. Later on found that there was high friction between the belt and board which caused the burning of MOSFETs. Lubrication plus replacement of belt resolved the issue for me.

I had the error 02 change 40N60 igbt it’s short, change new one as soon as motor start ,igbt short . Happen twice.i don’t no what’s going on any help welcome thanks

@@MyCreativ3 hi, when I power up, the carpet turns faster than the 1kph shown on the monitor, I can change up and down but it makes no difference to the carpet speed, thanks

@@clivefletcher3645 Do you check speed sensor connection? Make sure cable is tightly connected properly. Critical part from monitor to control board and speed sensor to control board.

hi, its me again, ive had a closer look at the board and realised that there is another mosfet with a silicone case, exactly the same, hidden behind a large capacitor. ive tested it and it gives the same results as the new one. could it be faulty and creating the problem with the speed control? thanks

Our treadmill works yesterday but after we cleaned, it shows E02... did we accidentally removed something?

will give it a crack if its the resister. it was working yesterday fine then stopped again .

I am a women and no man can help me with this. I ain't no technician either. I got E02 with 2 treadmills with not a year of being used. My other had all new parts changed everything and still same. What more can i check with e02 besides this? Any recommendation

Mostly all treadmill give E02 faulty should be control board faulty. From there, you need to troubleshoot each component

Thanks! The resisor 220kOhm was the only one problem with e2 error!

U can use a push on push of button, place it separately, or use normal switch small one which is used in cars for switching on extra led on the car.
