I agree this girl is very strong to just manhandle a generator like that cause aren’t like she’s very intelligent and wants to do a lot of motors in stators very impressive

Lin is not just repairing the generator, she is refurbishing it. She is dismantling it completely to ensure that individual parts are still functioning. When she has rebuilt it it will be almost as good as new. She is very thorough.

Having watched just a few videos her knowledge of wiring is impressive. I learned from just two examples of stator rebuilding the differences of three and single phase generators field routing. Puts Mustie to shame. Also backpacking a small but heavy Diesel engine on her back, even in a wooden crate, she’s Hercules!

Wow, that was a full rebuild of the machine, sandblast, repainting, full REWIRING..... That's basically a 90% new machine! Very impressed at her skill and even more at her dedication to repair servicing.

其实如果要用视频来呈现整个维修过程是不可能在20分钟完成的 ！ 但如果视频拍摄过于长久 恐怕没人会坚持看完，所以 也只能剪辑缩短视频时间 也可理解 ，只可惜全程只动手 没解说 如果对一些想学习修理的人都没法看明白的 尤其是 在 换线圈的环节 ，通常刚换好的线圈也必须用电表测试一下 正负极吧 ？要确保线圈做好绝缘体才不会导致短路啊 ？如果直接启动发电不一定会成功的到时还要重新拆开 反而更耗费功夫喔 ！ 或许你是有做过测试只是没有拍下视频吧 ！ 也许观众也看不懂哪些步骤没做所以无所谓 能理解 。

Interesting, she plugged the cylinder when paining the engine block but didn't plug the gas tank filler pipe when painting the tank. This woman is pretty amazing!

Alan, i second that, lifting that heavy generator on to the bench by herself was absolutely ridiculous. The boss should have organised one of the supermarket employees to give her a hand. This is the first time I have seen a video by Ms Lin, certainly a very clever lady, not only that the portrayal of what she was mending was great, succinct and to the point.

You must have been very young when you started learning how to repair things! Very impressive! I wish there were more people like you in the U.S., but here nobody would ever go to that much trouble. They just buy a new one and toss the old one in the scrap heap. And it's usually just a dirty carburetor. lol

Lin only charges for materials or a part if needed the rebuilds are free, Lin is in the video business not a repair shop she take's a week to shoot, edit. rebuild , she has 2million followers now and growing and she bring's in about 5,000$ US from her video's a month now..

Beauty,brains and hard worker......what a combination ! How do you remember where all of the parts go back together ? Wiring the various electrical motors is such a rare and incredible skill that few people possess. Mechanic, electrician, welder and problem solver...this girl has it all. Only question I have is the cost and source of the copper wire used in the various projects? ( In America thieves steal copper hydro lines and copper fuel lines to sell for scrap because copper is so expensive there.) Lin is my idol !👍👍👍🤩🛠🙏🏻❤

I gotta say I think it's cute the way she holds up her left hand while spray painting with her right hand. Yep, that'll keep the spay away. LOL. She has brilliant skills though. I wish I were as good an engineer as she is.

Well done, a good advice, don't hit the magnets on the flywheel, they will lose the magnetism, and if you repair another generator, put the motor on the end, and lower the frame down over the motor, 17:55 instead of struggeling getting the motor into the frame. I wish i had a wife like you ❤

Even at 67, I still adhere to this !! I worked my job for 41 years. I always told female employees, " If you have to contact me at home, please get a male to call me". Even some male employees told me "I do not like to call you at home, because of the way your wife talks to me ". Oh, and once she does not know someone, most times, I was not told about the call. Meeting the caller sometimes later, I was often asked, " Didn't your wife tell you I called ?"

I have watched a few videos of yours but I just noticed that the "y" wrench you are using is three extensions welded together. Very clever! You obviously use those sizes on your projects and can change sizes to suit the job. Very clever!
